This really works to lower my blood glucose. I’m not diagnosed as diabetic but if I eat carbs my blood glucose goes too high and I usually experience the “Dawn” effect and have a higher glucose reading in the morning as well. Since taking this, my morning reading has been in the low 90’s and I haven’t been eating super low carb. I only take one capsule if I eat carbohydrates. Both times I’ve purchased from Sugar MD I received the product quickly.
