I've only taken this a month but I love that it's only one pill a day. It upset my stomach fairly severely the first week and a half and now I will occasionally notice a bit of nausea that fades quickly. I'm a big believer in berberine for blood sugar and cholesterol and have taken it for several years. I love this super charged form and the addition of Ceylon cinnamon. I'm working my way out of pre-diabetes and staying off a statin. I love the Glucose Management as well.
Everything that I have ordered has been so amazing. This is the best I have felt in 20 years. My sugar levels are on target and my cholesterol is on target. Period. My doctor couldn’t believe my results the last visit that I had. I like this stuff. I seem to want to eat less frequently when I'm on it. I don't have a problem digesting it. I've lost a few pounds since I've been taking it and believe I will lose a lot more if I just start getting a little bit of exercise, which I intend to do throughout the warmer months ahead. I intend to keep taking it till I get my weight down to where I want it to be.
This is really making a difference. Paired with glucose support I have 315 fasting to weeks worth of daily average below 100. A1C with just glucose support went from 10.8 to 5.7 in 3 mos so now with Super Berberine I can’t wait for my next test.
