Good news yesterday. I went in the doctor’s office for blood work and it came back saying I am below the diabetic limits. This was after I had a few chicken strips and a few potato wedges and coffee. I will be buying again. Now the downside is: My last batch only lasted me ~(3) weeks at one per day?
I like this stuff. I seem to want to eat less frequently when I’m on it. I don’t have a problem digesting it. I’ve lost a few pounds since I’ve been taking it and believe I will lose a lot more if I just start getting a little bit of exercise, which I intend to do throughout the warmer months ahead. I intend to keep taking it till I get my weight down to where I want it to be.
My husband and I both use this it has helped my husband lower his blood sugar and myself it has help me lose weight. Thanks Sugarmd.
